NB : The associated service fees are set at 50 EUR per Bill of Lading (BL). These fees are calculated and paid individually for each BL, ensuring complete transparency in the management and tracking of transactions.

Requirements
  • Bill of Lading – A draft copy can be used for the draft.
  • Commercial Invoice
  • The email and phone number for the shipper and consignee
  • Consignee's tax payer number
  • Freight Invoice – It is necessary if the freight cost isn’t on the commercial invoice.
  • Export Customs Declaration – Details have to be the same across all documents if it is not cross-trade
  • Packing List – Details have to be the same as the Commercial Invoice
